We provide you with digital e-cards after completing the in-person training exam. If you haven’t received your cards yet, please see below.
What is the process of getting my card?
- After the in-person session has been completed, your information is submitted to the American Heart Association in order for your card to be created.
- Once submitted you will receive your card in an email within 24-48 hours.
- Please keep an eye out for this email as it will be coming from [email protected].
What if I don't receive my card?

- Was the email address you signed up with correct?
- Did you check your spam? The email address that has your cards is coming from [email protected] and you may not recognize it right away
- Still can't find it? Please reach out to us and we will send you your card
