Michelle Rubiera brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience and over a decade of CPR instruction to the CPRBoston.org team. Her extensive background in a busy Boston-area hospital Emergency Department provides students with practical, real-world insights into medical emergencies, cardiac arrest response, and lifesaving care.
As an American Heart Association (AHA) CPR Instructor with CPRBoston.org for more than 12 years, Michelle has trained thousands of healthcare professionals, educators, childcare providers, workplace employees, and community members in CPR, AED, and emergency response skills.
In addition to her healthcare experience, Michelle is a Mental Health First Aid and Support Professional, helping individuals recognize and respond to mental health challenges and crises. She combines physical and emotional wellness education to create a comprehensive approach to health and safety training.
Michelle has also served as a fitness instructor with the One More Rep fitness program for more than 10 years, integrating health promotion, wellness education, and emergency preparedness into her teaching. Her unique combination of emergency medicine, CPR instruction, mental health support, and fitness expertise allows her to connect with diverse audiences and deliver highly effective training programs.
