- Part 1: First Aid Basics – Rescuer Duties, Victim and Rescuer Safety, Phoning for Help, Finding the Problem, and What to do After an Emergency.
- Part 2: Medical Emergencies – Breathing Problems, Choking, Allergic Reactions, Heart Attacks, Fainting, Diabetes and Low Blood Sugar, Stroke, Seizures, and Shock.
- Part 3: Injury Emergencies – Bleeding you can see, Wounds, bleeding you can’t see, Head, Neck, and Spine Injuries, Broken Bones and Sprains, Burns and Electrical Injuries,
- Part 4: Environmental Emergencies – Bites and Stings, Heat-Related Injuries, Cold-Related Injuries, and Poison Emergencies.
